Refund and Return Policy

Canceling your order
Have you placed an order with us and has this order not yet been shipped? Then you can cancel that order at any time. Send us a message or give us a call, we will cancel your order immediately and we will refund the purchase amount. See below for more information on refunds.

Returning your order
Has your order already been shipped to you? Then you can return your order within 30 days. You can do this by sending it back to us .

If you want to return an order, we ask you to let us know first. Send us an e-mail at info@challenge-family.shop or reply to one of the e-mails you received regarding your order. You return your order at your own expense, unless we have made a mistake. Then let us know the error, then the shipping costs will of course be for our account and you will receive a return label from us.

Return shipments from the Netherlands usually arrive with us within a few days. Please note that returns from another country can take longer, sometimes up to several weeks.

Refund of your purchase amount
After returning your order, we will process the refund of the purchase amount as soon as possible. We usually do this the same day, for example during a holiday period it may take a little longer. Registering a warranty request
Has a product broken down? Or does it not meet your expectations? Then there may be a warranty case. In all cases in which you wish to claim the legal and/or manufacturer’s warranty, we request that you send an e-mail to info@challenge-family.shop immediately after the occurrence of damage and/or defect or to reply to a of the e-mails you have received as a result of your order.

State clearly in your e-mail the reason for your warranty request, briefly describe how and under what use a damage or defect occurred and, if possible, add a photo of the damage or defect. We will then assess and answer your warranty request as soon as possible, whether or not in consultation with the manufacturer.
