When you buy something from us, our general terms and conditions apply. That is why our general terms and conditions are also on the website and you confirm that you have taken note of them when making a purchase. If desired, we can always send you the terms and conditions by e-mail or by post, just let us know.
All products and services we offer are listed on our website. We do our utmost to offer everything as clearly and completely as possible. Have we made a mistake? Then let us know and we will adjust it.
If you place an order with us, we will immediately send you an order confirmation, with all the details of your order. We will then send your order as soon as possible. After delivery you will receive your invoice from us, which also contains all the details.
Right of withdrawal and your cooling-off period
Is the order not correct? Then you get your money back. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the order to us, with shipping costs being for your own account, or you can deliver it to our office address. You don’t have to tell us the reason.
You have 30 days to change your mind after receiving your order, during which you can let us know that you are canceling the purchase. After registering the return, you must ensure that your order is returned to us within 14 days. We would be happy if you return it in the original and undamaged packaging.
Make sure that you handle the product and packaging sparingly during the cooling-off period. You may unpack the product and try it, as you would be allowed to do in a store, for example. Do you use the product more? Then we can no longer sell it to anyone else. This may mean that you will not receive the entire purchase amount from us.
All current prices and shipping costs are listed on our website. All amounts are shown including taxes.
Compliance with agreement and warranty
We do our utmost to deliver your order correctly and completely. Did something go wrong? Or is one of the products not to your liking? Please contact us right away so that we can solve it for you.
The legal guarantee applies to all purchases. In addition, a product in many cases also has an extra manufacturer’s warranty. For that extra manufacturer’s warranty, we then follow the guidelines of the manufacturer or importer. Do you have a warranty request? Let us know right away, so we can assess it right away and we will come up with a good solution together with you.
We will deliver your order as soon as possible. If we have the ordered item in stock, we will ship it within one to two working days.
If we do not have your order in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time. And if we can no longer supply it at all, we will let you know and you can choose from another product. Is the delivery taking too long or do you not want another product? Then you can cancel your order and we will refund the entire purchase amount to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days.
When placing the order we offer different payment options. If you choose prepayment, we will process and ship your order after we have received the payment. Please let us know immediately if our payment details are incorrect.
Occasionally something goes wrong with an order. Or we make a mistake, unfortunately that also happens. In any case, let us know immediately with a clear description of your complaint. In all cases, we will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and then apologize. We will then answer your message with a substantive answer within 14 days at the latest. We will then try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, but no later than four weeks.
